A native of Lexington, KY, Wells has received national honors for his success in retail management (recognized by Golf Shop Operations Magazine in 1995 for managing one of America’s 10 Best Stores). With a strong background in sales, marketing and retail management Wells has spent the last 16 years becoming known as a valuable resource for those looking to improve their bottom line through strong Customer Service.

Wells’ strategy to improving revenues is simple; identify on who your true customers are and focus all efforts and energies on them (and don’t overlook the fact that your strongest customers are actually your employees!)

Known for his non-traditional approach, Wells brings a wealth of creativity and insight to solving problems in today’s workplace.

Chris and his wife, Lisa live in Lexington where they are raising their three children, Kyle, Luke and Katherine.

Chief Antagonist - a title I worked long and hard at getting, and one I am very proud of. For some reason, I see things differently (seeing important details that are often missed by others). I don't know whether to attribute that to the 12 years in the retail management dungeon or to the people I have surrounded myself with (some voluntarily many involuntarily). For some reason I have been blessed with an uncanny ability to see what often goes unnoticed. Some would say I am an "idea manipulator." I make your ideas more profitable!
